Will my child have green eyes?

I truly believe that all eye colors are beautiful. With that being said, I am 17 and the mother is of British decent who has fair skin, brunette hair and blue eyes. I am a light-skinned European and Latino and have brown eyes. However, everyone in my family except me and my mom has hazel green eyes with orange in the middle. Even my mom's Spanish parents have green eyes, just not me or her. So, someone who actually understands recessive genes please explain the chances. Do not give me the Pungent Square (I think that is how it is spelled) B.S. because it does not apply to humans only plants.
