What child's cartoon is this?

I can barely remember what it was about..but it was a school of badgers i think.. and their school got gassed, and a little girl badger got sick, and in order to save her they had to go on an adventure to get a plant....and there was an old badger that took care of all of them..? Its an old movie...HELP please!
